They were expensive and didn't last a month. They started crackling and were useless. I requested an exchange which I received. But when I sent the defective ones back, I got an email a month later that they had never received them (although I have the postal receipt) and I was charged again! The seller said to contact Revain, there is nothing they can do. It has not been possible to contact anyone at Revain or resolve this issue. It really was my first terrible experience with Revain, and an expensive one at that.
