I think the term "you get what you pay for" really applies here. The product had been great even though it's been running a little warm lately but then the charger just died this week and won't do anything. I bought this in the middle of May 2019 and its November 18th now. Even for the low price that I paid for the product, I would expect it to last longer than six months. This is disappointing.***Update December 2019***After being contacted by the companies customers service I was offered a free replacement at no cost to me. The new charger seems to be working just great and I really appreciate the speed with which they handled the problem. For this reason I changed by review to a 4 star.
