Service centers are usually located in the most inaccessible places in the city, and this case was no exception. The master looked, nodded, they say, the print head. We won't even look into it, he says. This is a very common problem with this model. We'll send you a replacement head. Here's your receipt - we'll call you within three weeks. Think about it. Repair is up to three weeks! Now, after 2 weeks, we still have not received a call. And now, in fact, why I think this is a disadvantage. The printer is usually bought in order to safely print at home at any time. Moreover, if you choose a model with CISS, most likely you plan to print often. And then, after some time, you lose the ability to print. Up to three weeks. And no one guarantees that in a couple of months the same quest will not happen again. In general, in my opinion, if this is a common failure, and it can only be fixed through a service, then the company that creates these printers should ensure the convenience and speed of repair.
