Purchased specifically for the voice changer modes advertised. The included instructions were less than helpful and didn't say anything about the language change modes or features. I was ready to give it back. After looking through TENS similar products, I finally found one that said "Double-click the M button to change the language mode." I tried it on this one and in fact it cycles through 4 different voice modes including high and low. the high tone sounds like a chipmunk, which is why i bought it. So for those trying to figure it out - double click the M button to switch modes. Hold down the M button to toggle the light on and off.
