So disappointed, upset, angry. I bought Cricut Maker because of everything they advertised. I bought this engraving tool because their website says it can engrave their metal skin. I spoke to one of their online reps to make sure before ruining a good piece of leather. It is clear that their demands for beautifully engraved leather and mine are very different. The edges of the engraving are frayed and the deep-cutting blade set to maximum pressure did not cut through the skin. I literally had to rip out every circle. There is nowhere to rate their embossing attachment which their website says works on their faux leather, but that was terrible too. For years I've been hearing about what amazing cricket machines, not my experience at all. I've emailed them, let's see what happens. Either I have a faulty machine or they have WAY overpriced their product and made the false claims.
