The staff is very friendly, professional & knowledgeable about all aspects regarding our vacation rentals! Nothing!! We would like for them offer more services than just managing online bookings but they are doing their best at providing us with what we need in order meet any needs that may arise from time t oime. This service has been great as it saves me alot having do deal directly w/our home owners association or other companies who charge mucho dinero (esp when dealing wit hotels which have multiple locations).
