Good lamp for the price. I bought this to replace one of those round construction lights that weren't putting out enough light in my kitchen. I liked this one because it doesn't look as dated as regular track lights and so far I'm impressed. Pros: - Looks better than regular track lights - Easy to install - Fits standard bulbs so it puts out plenty of light. :- There are no steps in the guide, just a diagram. Be sure to watch the YouTube video first if you've never replaced a light - not exactly a minus, but FYI - only the two outer lights can be angled. Fixed two internal lights
