For reference, the individual products here are AT Flush 95001 and Universal AT Fluid Protectant 63010. You might have guessed it, but it also deserves a mention, right. "I used this stuff on an old car I bought years ago; Flushing and changing the fluid was one of the first things I did. The first thing I noticed was that the "hum" went away at slow idle. I'm still not sure if it was the torque converter or what. Over the next year I had to change the external (Saturn) filter a couple of times due to a sudden change. My only conclusion is that the filters were clogged with debris that had come loose from the detergent, limiting the liquid pressure. Since then the transmission has worked great. I know the fluid needs to be changed regularly and flushed from time to time, so I keep buying this thing. As for specific use, I think the instructions on the containers are very clear and need no further explanation. I'll say I'll go further to try replacing almost 100% gear oil. This isn't easy to do as most transmissions (as you probably know) don't allow the torque converter to be drained and therefore the fluid stays there when you drain the crankcase. The "answer" is to empty the disk, refill it, and then repeat this process three times. This gives you about 90% new fluid, depending on the volumes of your particular AT. The fourth time you do this you'll have about 95%, but now you're spending a lot on a new liquid for a small change in concentration.
