So far, so good ! for ceiling fans and accessories

I have 4 of these switches at home, plus 10+ Honeywell and GE Z-Wave Plus Petal Dimmers and 3 Z-Wave Motion Dimmers (all 3 GE). They were extremely easy to pair with my smart hub and have worked flawlessly for about 10 days so far. Paddle dimmers do NOT initially have a double tap for full brightness drivers. Luckily my smart hub community is full of very talented people who have developed a driver that allows double tapping for full brightness so I added this driver to my smart hub and it works great. The GE and Honeywell versions of these switches are identical. . The Honeywell versions are about $5 cheaper, so I picked them after being satisfied that they were functionally identical. Both are made by Jasco. Overall I highly recommend these switches along with the other switches I mentioned. Honeywell keyboard model number (without dimmer) is 39348, same switches under different brand names. I have both and both work great. The Honeywell Petal Dimmer model number is 39351. The GE Variant Petal Dimmer model number is 14294. All of these switches can be used in a three-position configuration by purchasing the additional Z-Wave switches listed below. The optional Honeywell switch model number is 39350 and will work with both the GE dimmers and the Honeywell dimmers listed above. I have the GE Z-Wave Petal Dimmer listed above in combination with an optional Honeywell Z-Wave switch and the combination works flawlessly. I needed an extra switch for the 3 way lighting and Revain didn't stock an extra GE switch so I ordered Honeywell to just try it out and see if it would work and it worked. I have no reason to doubt that this would also be the case if the parts were swapped (Honeywell dimmer with GE add-on). Anyway, these things just work. Obviously they are Decora style so you must be in love with or ambivalent about Decora style. It was easy for us because we replaced all the 16 year old Leviton Decora style smart switches we had with the new Z-Wave standard, so it wasn't difficult. The last thing I want to say is that ALL the switches I am referring to in this review are neutral. They are also slightly taller/deeper than some other switches. So if your junction boxes are crammed with giant wire nuts, you may have trouble fitting them into the box. However, since these switches have screw terminals for all wire connections, you should be able to eliminate 2 or 3 wire nuts per switch per box. That alone makes setting these switches feasible. Basically, I would buy these switches again in a heartbeat. They appear to be very well made and ALL work flawlessly in our predominantly Z-Wave smart home environment.
