Have ordered this product several times over the last 5 years - have had overheating issues on at least 4 hair dryers, one of which I bought less than 10 years ago Bought 6 months ago, still heats up. I only use it on low heat due to previous overheating issues. but this one has bristles that break and lie flat - very strange for an item that is stored upright because when I'm done drying my hair it's too hot to put under my closet or in a basket. So disappointing - I don't understand why Conair can't make a reliable product. The design is very good, the technology and materials are bad.
