Best thing for the money, glad I did it.
Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase; the laptop is small and efficient, and the APU's graphics are on par with those of low-end discrete video cards like Nvidia's GT 1030 (also equipped with DDR4 video RAM). I was pleasantly delighted to find that the mobile AMD Ryzen 5 5500U was slightly more powerful than my desktop Ryzen 5 2400G in simulated benchmarks.
- The device's portability and light weight make it a good choice for frequent travelers. That's a really good-looking person right there. There are two 8Gb DDR4 3200Mhz modules in the RAM.
- Laptops get really hot and make a lot of noise from the cooling system while being asked to do a lot of work.
