It cuts blue light significantly

I have a blue light test kit and this kit REALLY seems to reduce blue light significantly if not completely (see photo - no filter on the left half and with a filter on the right Half). At the same time, I ordered another "anti-blue light" filter, but it turned out that this one does not reduce blue light at all. I sent back another filter and decided to keep the Nusign filter.
