I bought this for my father who has a hearing aid. At first I received a double base, but only a headset. He couldn't do without her now. He can watch TV without interrupting everyone, or he can listen to it and turn the sound off so as not to wake my mom at night when he's watching late night sports. I would recommend them to anyone who has hearing problems or just doesn't want to bother anyone with TV sound.
