Best Stretch best in my review

This pillow is amazing and gives my neck the best stretch. However, I would follow the directions about not using it for over 5 minutes the first time you use it. My fiance did, and his neck was a little sore the next day. He has slowly worked his way up in minutes and can lay on it a little longer, but we don't go over 10 minutes.
