Bought the first one and it broke so sent the second one with no problems. When I try to use it, the mop sponge is difficult to attach and the forks that hold it allow it to protrude and not snap into place. I had one before and it must have been a different brand because I liked it. one. I bragged about it to my roommates and got this one because I didn't think Revane had other options to choose from... I need to find the ones I had before. Oh, and my roommates don't like it either... I'm just really disappointed.
