It's quite easy for people who are not techy at all but know how their products work or what they look like in order make sense of things using this software! I think it would be better if there were easier ways than just clicking through pictures which could confuse new customers - maybe an introduction video showing examples? A little confusing when you first start out with no instructions (or even any helpful tutorials) from staff members once purchased online about where everything was etc., because each user has his/her own way going around looking up information within these programs too; however we're getting used quickly now after some practice & training by our support team here :) We have been able solve many small problems without having access to other experts outside your teams knowledgebase / area manager(s).
