I've had 2 pairs of these headphones. The first pair I received was defective. I was never able to connect both earbuds to my Bluetooth, so I was only able to listen to music through one earbud. Revain graciously replaced them and a second pair allowed me to plug in both earbuds, but the sound quality in the left earbud was subpar at best. After about a month of ownership, the volume levels never really matched, often cutting out entirely, or creating a "surround sound" echo effect that was a bit confusing. I have relatively small ears so these headphones didn't fit very well. As long as my physical activity while wearing it didn't go beyond walking, I could keep them in my ears. But I often had failures on both sides. Sound quality is good, but since they don't really cancel out noise, volume is lacking. I have the phone volume on maximum all the time.
