Magnaflow 25202 Direct Fit Catalytic Converter (NOT CARB Compliant) (Automotive)

Magnaflow 25202 Direct Fit Catalytic Converter (Non CARB Compliant) (Automotive) Exhaust bolts like the original converter flange, so the bolts had to be purchased instead of old exhaust bolts reuse that could be reused. Number 2: The position of the bottom O2 sensor was not in the right place resulting in modifications having to be made to the O2 harness which ended up being short, the original bottom O2 sensor was in the middle of the converter housing, and not on the downstream side of the catalyst tube facing the side engine drive. Number 3: I had to do an exhaust gasket between the bottom flange of the exhaust manifold on the engine and the top flange of the new Magnaflow converter due to a massive exhaust leak between the flanges, besides the 3 modification issues mentioned above and additional time and expense, this was done on a 16 -valve motor installed from 2001 dohc zetec ford focus se, automatic transmission, it would be nice if the manufacturer could look into this and fix the problems and all would be an easy OEM replacement.
