12/13/20 Broke immediately after unpacking. Lower left corner. No packing material, just a box. Cardboard without damage. Replacement ordered 12/15/20 Replacement ALSO DEFECTIVE! Upper right corner of the lid. The same - no packing material, just a matching box. The second replacement was rejected. According to a Revain Customer Service Representative, only 1 replacement can be provided per order. place a new order; I was assured that this was not a "problem" and that it would arrive safely. It was also noted that packaging material is needed to protect the corners. I think it's due to shipping, even with a whole box. It's not a very strong box. Hope the third one makes it! Always the last thing you want to put up with when it comes to gifting a giant Lego set! The box itself. Very deep and perfect storage for many Lego pieces with customizable dividers! It was very difficult to find something that was the right size with a reasonable separation and this was the best I've found at a more reasonable price. But - until I get it intact it stays 1 star. 12/22/20 THIRD ATTEMPT! They asked to "give" another box upon departure. It came in its box, in a different box. AND DIRECT! I'm so glad I was able to get it to you safe and sound for Christmas. Absolutely 5 stars if intact. A friend showed me his 1200 piece Lego. It's spacious! Dividers are snapped into place and will not fall out when opening/closing! Whilst not used for Lego this is a great storage box - very useful. I will order for myself too!
