I didn't think I would like this case but I do. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks but I use the phone a lot due to work and so far it's holding up well. Don't be put off by the 4 star rating, this is a really good item for a low price. It just drives me crazy that everyone bets 5 or 1 for everything. I'm fair but if I give it a 5 it's the best ever; I wrote very few fives. So far the only "knock" I have is that the door that closes the mute switch on the phone can be pushed, and that would require a paperclip or knife blade. It doesn't matter, but I've been in meetings where I didn't have anything available and couldn't get to the counter. It's easy to get around on the phone, but I shouldn't be doing it. Installation is easy. The holster I use on my daily runs still holds up and seems to be the part that fails in most phone cases. So if you are looking for a cheap and durable case, I recommend it.
