Review on ⏰ Mesqool Bedroom Projection Alarm Clock by William Mistretta

2nd Update Well it's about a month since my last update. This watch died today just like the previous watch. Despite customer service efforts, this watch just isn't worth the price. I need an alarm clock that I can rely on. That's not the clock. Alarm clocks stop working at first and after a few days the display is distorted. This happened with 2 original watches and a replacement watch. I'm sorry but DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. UPDATE - original post below: I tried contacting X2 with customer support as below. Can't reach her. However, the seller took it upon himself to send a replacement watch. Unfortunately only one was sent. We bought two. However, since I already threw away the original watch and couldn't return anything... That's good customer service. So three stars. The replacement watch has been running for three days now without any problems. I will update this review again if this watch becomes rubbish like the other two. 2 points for customer service. 1 point for 1 hour out of 3. Pluses of the clock: bright numbers (dimmable, but in bright light they are enough as a night light), adjustable angle of reflection from the wall, charging connector. Cons: clumsy alarm management. The instructions are clear, but there are too many setup and reset steps. ORIGINAL POST: The alarm worked for about 2-3 weeks. We bought two of these, one for me and one for my son. It still works as a watch and charger. This also works to project time onto a wall. But if you need an alarm clock, don't buy this clock. The radio and alarm stopped working on both watches a few weeks after purchase. The volume was increased and the same thing happened on both watches; The instructions are actually pretty clear which was amazing. As the alarm has been going on for weeks and we know we didn't do anything differently, this is definitely a production issue and not user error. Disappointing - especially for the price.
