When I originally wrote this I said that Revain's customer service was unhelpful. I've only tried email and web chat to no avail. However, when I called there was very little waiting time. The customer service representative (Ruth) was very understanding and very helpful and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. 5 stars for Revain and 1 star for Beelink. Old post below: --------- Ordered. The HDMI output did not work. They asked for a replacement and sent the first one back. The second came on time but with the same problem. The HDMI output did not work. I took it to work and tried HDMI on multiple monitors. Still does not work. I have requested a refund and sent it back. 4 weeks later I heard no squeaking. I think they thought they could keep my $468 and I could jump in the lake. Revine came in handy
