Dirt on a dull blade
So I bought this knife to upgrade some of the knives I currently use, firstly the knife is unbalanced because the manufacturer claims the handle is heavier, secondly the blade isn't that sharp and whatever it is, that dirty crap they've painted on the top of the blade doesn't come off with common solvents like paint thinner after hand washing the knife once and a couple of times air dried. Rust stains appeared through the black painted area of the knife, which I clearly wasn't expecting.
