Review on District Capital by Gerald Reeves

Our experience with District was excellent. The District team was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We received fast responses to all inquiries, and the District team worked closely with us to make sure that we were happy with our loan. District provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend them! My only negative comment would be they didn't send my contract until after I closed the deal - which caused some delay when it came time to finalize things. However, this had no impact on how smooth or pleasant the process was overall. Their staff was friendly and very helpful throughout. Overall, an excellent transaction.
