A couple of points firstly if you have never made sugar wax before I definitely learn how to do it like any other thing you should learn how to do it and have fun with it / technique descend . It definitely works but as said you need to apply and peel it off properly, the instructions will give you the bare minimum to prepare to wax so as mentioned DO YOUR RESEARCH. I've been trying to make my own wax and am having a really hard time getting the right consistency so this is a good alternative. Make sure you exofold before use, this is very important especially if you have thicker coarse hair as it makes it easy to loosen. I apply it in the opposite direction of hair growth, although you really should apply it in the same direction because it prevents ingrown hairs but doesn't remove as much hair. When applying, apply a thin layer and put the strip, rub, rub, rub the strip, then take the corner, keep close to the skin and tear off quickly, it should work. I pluck out any burrs and they come out with little effort. Also work with small sections and I like to cut the strips in half. If you have fine hair this should work really well for you as some of my hair is good on certain parts of my body and it came out so well if you follow the directions.
