Very Happy Using Order Notify - Great customer service

I like that it's easy to use as an admin of my store! It is also very helpful when you have many customers in your shop who are not familiar with what they need or want from their orders/shipping process. Sometimes there can be some lag time between order being placed by one person and another receiving notification about shipping info. However this could just depend upon how busy our site was at any given moment. If anyone has questions regarding ordering products via email then we would highly recommend using them because all issues were solved quickly once contacted directly versus having multiple emails go unanswered over several days before contacting support team again. We used CV primarily so our clients receive notifications faster than waiting 5+ business day turnaround times which makes us more efficient overall since less work goes into answering client inquiries individually instead of needing additional staff members doing these tasks.

  • I like that CustomerVox has a lot of options to make it easy for clients to place orders and also easy for staff members to keep track of our orders
Cons
  • I dislike that CustomerVox does not have a way to send personalized emails to clients when there are issues with their orders or their shipping info
