Review on RTELLIGENT by Ricky Gilbert

Recently, I had the unfortunate opportunity to collaborate with RTELLIGENT on a project, and the collaboration was not satisfying in any way. In spite of the fact that their team of experts can point to a significant number of years of combined experience, I discovered that this did not translate to the standard of the service that was provided. From the beginning, communication was difficult, and I had the impression that my requirements were not being completely understood. The staff at RTELLIGENT was unable to deliver the results that I was looking for, despite the fact that I made numerous attempts to clarify my requirements. In addition, throughout the course of the endeavor, I was confronted with a number of problems that were neither promptly nor effectively resolved. Despite the fact that they claimed to be committed to delivering the best experience possible, I discovered that their team was not prepared to deal with the challenges that were presented to them. After everything was said and done, I was left with a sense of annoyance and dissatisfaction with the work that had been done. In spite of the fact that I appreciate their effort to make things right, it was simply too little, too late. On the whole, and based on my personal experience, I would not advise others to use RTELLIGENT. In spite of the fact that their team may have many years of experience in the business, I did not have a positive experience as a result of it. The absence of effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to find solutions to problems left a lot to be desired.
