Worked like a charm
The fan had stopped spinning in a HP laptop so I ordered this to replace it. I put it in an it did work just fine.This fan will fix the problem if you get a message about the fan not spinning, but, if you're looking to fix it yourself, I would recommend going ahead and (following a Youtube video to guide you) opening the laptop and getting to the original fan that's not spinning, because there's a good chance, it's just filled up with lint and will work again once you clean it out.
