Seems to help reduce the white dust a bit.
I added two humidifiers to my 1-1/2 gallon humidifier but white dust is still forming. The cartridges float so I had to put them in a small container of water and shake them under water until they went to the bottom and then I put them in the humidifier and they went to the bottom. I think the cartridges have air inside and that makes them float. I doubt I will buy them again.
