I have been eyeing a series of "Elite" controllers for Xbox and PC consoles for a long time. In October 2022, I bought the second version of the gamepad, after a while the well-known problems with the sticking of the "A" button began. I sent the gamepad through the official return form on the site, they sent a replacement in the form of an officially restored one with a different serial number. But this time, the disgusting sound of one of the vibration motors was added to the sticking of the key. This gamepad also left for replacement, another one arrived. This time, the mode switching key with the key settings simply did not work for him and the power button did not always work. And again the replacement . This time - one of the petals did not always work and the pressing itself was like when the mechanism was sticking. The gamepad was sent again and the fifth device is on its way to me. During the last "exchanges" an appeal was made through the Microsoft hotline. The operator called, who introduced herself as Alina. After being introduced to the essence of the matter, she stated that there were few such cases and the next time the device would be exactly normal, when asked to create a request for a refund, she already began to declare that the 4th device is not an "indicator" and she had a case when the buyer handed over the replacement gamepad 9 times and he was made an exception in the form of providing a completely new gamepad in a complete set. A few days later, a certain Riza J wrote to me in broken English. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered a refund of 13,899 instead of a warranty replacement. Naturally, I answered positively and sent documents confirming my purchase. After a week of waiting and silence, I decided to contact the hotline again about the return. An already familiar "Alina" contacted me and began to run into me about a request for a refund, since she had already told me the last time that they would not answer me and for the 2022 market only a replacement for a restored gamepad was possible . Suffering continues. And I wish you to avoid Microsoft products.
