Exposed to direct sunlight this cover lasted about a year and a half before it started to crack - first sign is white dust when you remove the cover - I've managed to keep using the cover and have it up to 2 years to stretch. but the results of tearing the fabric in the rip to the point I had to throw it away. As soon as the coating begins to crack, you will have to constantly clean the car, since a layer of fabric dust will remain on the car. This is the second and last time I will buy this case. I was expecting my first cover to be a godsend as I didn't see any other reviews mentioning this issue so I bought it back as some of the more expensive covers can cost $300 or more. Fit was good. Leaving the car indoors will surely prolong the life of the cover.
