There isn't much to say about the Plastic Gas Bottle Spout other than the fact that it fills the liquid in the bottle with what you put in it. Unless of course you use one of the CARB compatible spouts that now come with all gas cylinders regardless of manufacturer, none of which have ever worked. As well as direct CARB substitutes that you have to buy making the whole exercise moot. These old style spouts just work. Gravity will take care of that as long as no non-functioning plastic valves approved by the California Air Resources Board (and I live in Massachusetts) block the flow of fuel. They will also be extremely difficult to find. If and when you can find them, buy what you can. The very first time you're outside in 0 degrees during a power outage trying to fill up your generator with a full 5 gallon gas bottle that won't let the gas flow, you too might find common sense and logic to new... style spouts. .
