It came with a broken part
The aromatherapy part was broken off and unable to reattach. Super disappointed with that. It’s obviously an important part of this machine and not usable now.Machine does not work. Tried using on a client and it did not work. Tried seeing what happened but nothing was wrong. Buttons lit up the steam just never came out. Left it on for over 35 mins. Do not waste your money.Thankful Ebay worked with me to issue a refund after the refund window ended.They definitely need a long refund time frame.
