Refills are very durable and they don't bleed through.
I am using these in my Travelers Notebook. I like the narrow size of the Travelers Journal and the weekly planner refills. The refills are undated so if I don't have any thing going on during a specific week, I just skip to the next week that I have something to write out. There is plenty of room to write because there is the calendar side on the left and a grid side on the right that gives plenty of room to write for each day.
