I like that my case manager was always available for me in any situation whether it be over email or phone call. It's nice when you have someone who can help no matter what time of day/night! Sometimes there were times where she would not respond quickly enough if an emergency arose during business hours which caused problems as well because we needed her immediate attention at those moments. Also sometimes our cases could take longer then expected due to some reasons beyond their control (i.e., court dates). We had multiple issues arise while being represented by them such as; missing documents from client files, delays getting information back about settlement offers, etc...
