I recently moved to a new location where I found the tap water to be quite hard. I decided to order drinking water delivery but I wanted to know what the difference is. This little device is the first water quality tester I've ever tried. It's easy to use and comes with a nice case and two spare batteries (one already installed and one extra) +++. The reading for tap water is around 250, tap water that has been run through a new Brita filter is around 160 and delivered clean water is below 10. This is accurate and informative enough for frequent water quality checks.
