I bought this Z-Wave hub to work with a Schlage Connect Deadbolt and it does an excellent job. However, when I tried to pair it with the Alexa Dot 3 using the Smartthings skill, it didn't recognize the Aetoc hub. Not only did this result in Alexa turning green and surrounding the Alexa Dot. I tried calling Revain's Alexa support but was put on hold for a tech to try and fix the issue on their end after I tried to resolve the issue. I was on hold for 20 minutes, just hung up and decided to just reset Alexa Dot. This fixed the flashing display issue. I haven't tried reconnecting the Aeotect Hub as I don't really care about connecting to Alexa. Hub works with the SmartThings app. At first I put the hub next to the router, but after a short time it stopped working. I put the hub a bit in front of my router and it works fine. I connected it to my router with the included ethernet cable.
