I love that it is in my email, so easy to check when there's an important call or meeting coming up! It makes scheduling appointments very simple for me as well because everything gets put into one place - no more searching through different calendars trying find what time something needs setting next week/month etc., which saves us valuable times at work!! Nothing really other than sometimes we have issues with our network connection not working properly (weird issue), but usually this can be resolved quickly by just waiting 1-2 minutes then all works fine again :) We're able solve any problems immediately rather having days of delay later where things are misconstrued about who was supposed doing them wrong :).
