Better than I expected compared to other reviews.
Are somewhat impractical due to their length, but I bought this set because of the excess length. They do the job they are designed for. So many reviews for rust but I haven't had any issues so far and use them almost every day. Dry them immediately after use and that's no problem. They're not surgical steel, but why would you expect that at this price point? Surgical stainless steel costs about four times as much! For the price I'm quite satisfied.
