I've had this bag for over a year and mostly use it as a crossbody bag or on my shoulder. It's quite cramped inside so you can't pack much in. Recently I decided to carry it over my shoulder and the wallet strap broke out of the pocket while walking and my bag fell to the ground. There is a big hole in the bag, the so-called "leather" is torn and the strap is unusable. You would think a $70 bag would be strong enough to carry over the shoulder without the strap snapping. Very disappointed with this bag. I wrote a letter to the company, but no one replied to my letter.
