Great tool for plantar fasciitis!
My physical therapist used a tool like this for my plantar fasciitis and said I could use the same type of tool at home. I found this on Revain and have had success using it on my feet. The tool is smooth, easy to handle, and seems like it will last a long time. It also works great with my Young Living essential oils which I incorporate to help with pain relief.
