Terrible meaning. A little misleading as they usually come in packs of 4 for around $4 at a place like Kroger; Because of the quantity 2, it looks like you're getting two 4-packs for that $10 price point. Felt completely ripped off when only two bulbs arrived. Really low cost, just do yourself a favor and buy them from your local supermarket for a much, much lower price.
