Very nice thera bands and thick band. One of her current bands recently broke up so I brought her this set. Got it for my 10 year old daughter. The fit is good with some room to grow. She loves the band set which has both an elastic band to improve her flexibility and a resistance band to improve her toes. In less than a week, my daughter's flexibility and fingers have improved significantly compared to the other band she used to stretch. Mark for question and very good answers regarding thickness. The little booklet is very helpful. This set is very effective and the thickness of the straps is surprising compared to other straps she uses for her training. Good stuff. I am very happy with this purchase.
