My new Samsung TV remote control arrived in my mailbox on time today. I read a lot of reviews about people not being able to open the back to put batteries. With that in mind, I set my phone to record the opening of the box and the process of removing the back cover. I had absolutely no problems opening the lid and inserting the batteries. After putting in some fresh AA Energizer batteries, I turned on the TV and went through all the functions (except Rokutan) and the new remote worked perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase. My old remote is now a backup for those moments in case that might happen.
