The 3M tape that attaches this is not thick enough to even touch the jeep. The tape does not extend beyond the edges of the plastic. I will try to buy double sided tape.

Terrible adhesion. I cleaned the area and only the back strip stuck. Tomorrow I'll take the glue with increased strength. Yes it's a cheap gloss, I ended up applying a matte varnish to make it look better.

It's light and works well. It was easy to install and didn't take long. It was great in cold weather to protect the hood from ice and snow, which are always difficult to remove with a snow brush.

Wrangler we recently purchased was damaged and missing a hood grille. This resulted in a large amount of leaves and debris clogging the drain in the air intake chamber. I made a screen, put a shovel on it. Not only did this fix the problem, it looked good and was easy to install.

the tape is very narrow and came off when removing the protective covers. and what hasn't come off won't stick to the jeep. I actually screwed it to the side of my desktop and put papers in it. For the price it would be good if it worked but up close it looks very cheap

Easy to install. Just make sure you choose the right one for your vehicle as the sizes are slightly different and that makes a difference. I bought mine for the decor, not its functionality, because I really haven't seen any change in performance, cooling, heating, etc. For the price, just take it because it looks cool.

Product as is, shit. It literally looks just like the disposable plastic bowls I buy at my local Chinese restaurant. Said work is the starting point. Take some 3M glue and take some time to color it properly and it's awesome. I'm used to expecting a lot of work for every piece of junk I get for $10.

Good value but poor adhesive. It will not stick to the surface no matter how you prepare/clean it. There were also large gaps so we were forced to use double sided tape. There were no instructions either. Even if it was more or less clear, some advice would be appreciated.
