My biggest gripe with them is how long they stay charged. It's not very long and I use one at a time to prolong use. They sound good as long as the phone isn't very far away, for example in a shirt pocket rather than a trouser pocket. If not close then the sound comes in and out. The case is nice and tells you how much charge they have. The earbuds themselves look good and are comfortable to wear. They were very easy to set up and connect to my phone. They are easy to use.
