Works well but has some limitations

I found a Samsung fridge with a tablet in the door at a Best Buy mall for a very low price. It originally cost $3800 and I bought it for $1147. There were a few dents on the front and deep scratches on the top and bottom left side doors. My wife thought I was crazy when I bought it because it looked so shabby, but I convinced her I could do it. The dents were removed with a Revain adhesive patch kit and I bought this to fix the scratches. The set uses standard 3m spacers which you can buy anywhere but have been cut to fit their branded holder. The old one is very beautiful and easy to use. They also give you a foam based sandpaper that also fits in the holder. Then a small piece of sandpaper for deep grooves. Then a very small bottle of ultra bright liquid which I believe contains gold or some other valuable element to top it up. let me go through the good The whole set works. It will definitely remove scratches. If you follow the instructions and take your time, your results should be good. I've used it on a steel sink in a farmhouse and on my fridge. Now let's discuss what I wasn't 100% happy with. The entire side of my door was scratched quite badly from top to bottom along the rounded front edge. I had to sand it down with a tiny piece of sandpaper you place on your index finger. It was an absolute nightmare. If you just need to do a few small scratches it's fine, but everything else is a tall order. Why couldn't they include more than what was given? For larger projects, a sander with more of this paper would be great. Once you use this piece once or twice, it's done. Because it's so small, I couldn't tell what type of paper or grit it was. I wouldn't recommend it for some types of stainless steel depending on the grit. High quality fittings tend to have slightly larger grooves or old stuff. A newer fridge like this has thinner grooves and you can't mess with it. You have to do the entire piece to fit properly. I had a stain on my front door, I used the lightest molding in the kit and it's not perfect. I ended up making the entire door very light so it wouldn't stick out so much. Looks better, but by no means perfect. The price of liquid for ultra shine is very high. Honestly, do they have to charge that much? 2 ounces are $23 and 6 ounces are $45. I've used the liquid fairly lightly, but I'm almost out of liquid after using it on my fridge and sink. I would have to spend an exorbitant amount of money to get more if I want to keep using the kit. I was having a hard time figuring out how many stars to give. It has really made my fridge look better, but I'm not happy that they charge so much for their ultra shiny e-juice. This kit will be pretty much useless to me so I might look for alternative fluids. For $50 they should have included coarser sandpaper. Overall the fridge looks better so for me it was worth it which is why it gets 4 stars. 5 stars will be to provide more liquid and reduce refill costs, coarser sandpaper or tell me what it is.
