The Plantronics customer service team is excellent. When I called the phone company that sold me the phones, they said they couldn't figure out why the headset wasn't working. A call to Plantronics, someone answered the first call and within 5 minutes I had a working headset. After a few days I can't even say I'm wearing it. Depending on your call time, you may need to charge it over lunch, but I've only had to do this once. It goes into sleep mode until your phone rings or you dial a number, then turns on automatically. I think it's great.
