Doesn't go very well with same model of old appliance
I have an appliance that is about 5-6 years old and I wanted to replace the strainer with this one. I checked the manufacturer's website and found my model and this filter was listed as an option. I had to remove the o-ring from the old filter and put this in. It would be nice if they kept the same characteristics for them. Otherwise it seems to work, which is why I'm rating my experience as average because I expected a perfect fit.
