This TV wall mount is simple and light. The TV is a 40 inch Samsung model. They even include a spirit level to keep your TV level. Package includes 4 wall studs with anchors for concrete, not drywall. No problem as the wall plate has 6 holes: I used the 2 middle holes to attach the frame to the post and put drywall anchors in the remaining holes. The drywall anchors were overkill with two (supplied) screws in the post, but I had them on hand. You will need a long Phillips screwdriver to tighten the set screws on the underside of the frame. Before hanging the frame on the wall, check/tighten the screws enough that they barely touch the frame (this makes more sense when the product is in your hand). The coax connector on my TV faces straight into the wall (rather than recessed) which either requires a 90 degree adapter or cuts a small hole in the wall (I have an interior wall so I made a 1x2" hole) . In the end there was only 2 inches left between the wall and the back of the TV: just what I wanted.
